Privacy Policy

At Leapfrog we help B2B companies increase their brand awareness and sales via strategic marketing campaigns.

We are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients, prospects, suppliers and visitors to our website: www.leapfrog.uk.com. In particular, we want you to know that we are not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We have never done this sort of thing and never will.

Our business is based on building long-term relationships with our clients. We believe in having an open and honest relationship with all the people we do business with and this is reflected in our e-zines, media releases, blogs and other marketing materials. Now, in a quiet moment, you may have wondered what information of yours we keep, and the answer is easy – the minimum necessary to add as much value as possible for you.

This Privacy Policy includes detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.
So for those of you who are interested, hold onto your hats, this is riveting stuff…

Google Analytics

When someone visits www.leapfrog.uk.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing lists

As part of the registration process for our bi-monthly e-zine, Jump, we collect personal information. We use that information for a number of reasons: a) to provide you with information about the latest marketing trends and information; b) to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; c) to check our records are correct and d) to check every once in a while that you’re happy and satisfied with the services we provide. We don’t sell, rent or trade email lists with other organisations or businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our e-zine. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-zine. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our ezine.

The database we hold for use with the e-zine is maintained securely and includes the minimum information we require to run the service:
