In 2019, EcoToGo wanted to create an email database. Their ordering page on the website did not collect emails from buyers and shoppers. They wanted to build, grow and nurture their email database to get more orders from returning customers.

Solution

Leapfrog implemented Google Ads and SEO campaigns to help build EcoToGo’s email database. This enabled us to build an email campaign for buyers to return to the website and buy more.

We enhanced the checkout page on the website to capture emails for abandoned carts and sent them reminders by email.

Results

Leapfrog has grown the email database by 554 Emails with 112% increase in orders, 234% increase in revenue, and 57% increase in the average order value from returning customers in 2020 vs. 2019.
